It's because they've replaced a comma with an ellipsis for this week only; it 're-enters' again with the original spelling the following week. If the OCC changes this then it should sort itself out.

No 35. The label and catalogue numbers are Parlophone R 5806. It is not a new entry. Scotti Brothers PO 10 shown here are the label and catalogue numbers of Bill Medley's version of this song, released in 1988.
