JIVE BUNNY

Jive Bunny and the Mastermixers were a British novelty pop music act from Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England centred around the antics of an animated rabbit who had a thing for medleys based around old rock and roll songs. Jive Bunny originated from a mix created by DJ Les Hemstock, which was developed as a single release by father and son team John and Andrew Pickles. Jive Bunny scored a trio of consecutive Official Singles Chart Number 1s with their first three songs in 1989, the first of which, Swing The Mood, became one of the biggest-selling songs of that year.
