FARLEY 'JACKMASTER' FUNK

Farley Jackmaster Funk (born Farley Keith Williams on January 25, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American musician, DJ and record producer. Farley Jackmaster Funk began his music career as part of the Hot Mix 5 DJ team, and also DJed at the legendary Warehouse nightclub. Farley Jackmaster Funk released a string of songs on the highly influential Trax label, which paved the way for acid house and techno during the latter half of the 1980s. He broke into the mainstream with the UK Official Singles Chart success of Love Can’t Turn Around, featuring flamboyant lungsmith Darryl Pandy in 1986.
